How To Order Custom Jewelry

1. Draw a quick sketch of what you want or assemble any images that relate to your dream piece.

2. Make notes indicating:

• Size (width, height, thickness if applicable)
• Metal (silver, white or yellow gold, 10k, 14k, 18k)
• Shape (flat or 3-D)
• Gemstone (Birthstone, CZ or Diamonds)

3. Send your ideas and designs to:

• Fax it to 800-871-8602

4. Based on the information you have provided, we will either proceed with your free estimate or contact you if we need more information.

5. Once you agree on the price and are ready to order, close this window and click on the custom image to proceed or download the order form and submit by fax or mail.

6. Payments are requisite up front either by credit card, money order, cashier check, or personal check (please note that if you submit payment via personal check we will begin constructing your custom jewelry once the check has cleared the bank.) If for whatever reason you are unable to make the payment in full, we do accept half, however, this payment must be either money order or cashiers check.

Finally, allow a 7-10 business days for your custom jewelry process. However, all custom jewelry are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
